Returns & Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must remain sealed. To complete your return or refund, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Returns and refunds are only allowed in the following cases:
If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the ordered item to be picked up from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
In case of any delivery-related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 3 days after the order has been marked as delivered.
