  1. Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order details, a brief explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as images of the product or packaging.

    Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will issue a return authorization and provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

    Note that the following conditions must be met for a successful return:

    • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
    • All original accessories and tags must be intact.
    • The return must be initiated within the specified 15-day period.
  2. Replacements: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, and you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will be happy to arrange that for you. To request a replacement, please follow the return process mentioned above, and in your communication, specify that you would like a replacement.

    Once we process your replacement request and receive the returned item, we will promptly ship a new product to you at no additional cost.

  3. Refunds: In case a replacement is not available or if you prefer a refund instead, we will process your refund within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These items include perishable goods like ghee, which cannot be resold after opening. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
